My realtor was Marshall Duran. He was very helpful and patient in my search for a home and property. I went through many realtors and Marshall was the only one who actually showed up at the properties, conducted walk thoughts, and answered questions. Many others would not show up or even schedule the viewings they said the setup. If I ever look for another home or more property Marshall will be the realtor I will hire. Great experience working with Dan Marshall to get a foreclosed house. It was a bit stressful to get this kind of house (foreclosures are not easy to work with), but Dan was able to help me work through what to do to get the house. He helped with the more confusing aspects of inspections, utilities, and dealing with the bank selling the property. He did everything he could to help me get the house, even going to the utility department in-person to figure things out for inspections! I really appreciated his help and would recommend him to anyone!
