Leland Titus was absolutely the best realtor we've ever worked with--there was no question too small or favor too big for him to help us. This included three times on top of a roof to verify the work was done well. He answered every question we had and responded quickly to any call or text. Gratitude that we found the perfect realtor to work with.
Fulfilling a 20-year dream to have a house in Santa Fe, I needed to find a realtor to could handle advance work before my arrival. Important goal: support a local company. That led me to choose Leland Titus and it has been the best decision ever! His company, Santa Fe Realty has a super easy program that emailed me houses to review. We whittled our list quickly to a dozen homes. Leland was prepared, picked us up every day at our hotel, and seemed to anticipate our needs. He found the perfect house we purchased (I had not seen it online in my search)! Leland paid attention to every detail as we closed from another state and has made this process a success beyond expectations! Our relationship has not ended with the purchase. Leland & his team continue to help as we set up our home from afar. Highly recommend Leland Titus and Santa Fe Realty!

Really appreciated how Leland was prompt and ready to list our home took effect. He was able to listen and worked closely with us just like part of the family. Leland is a class act. He really works fast, he is honest and the ultimate professional. He treats you like family and when selling your home give you a fair price.

In the Santa Fe County area, there are a lot of premier real estate agents, most of those agents are incredibly pushy and self profit-motivated.
Santa Fe Realty Unlimited is the most straight forward broker in Santa Fe. Leland Titus was my agent and he did a phenomenal job of helping us stand our ground with the seller's agent, we negotiated a great deal very quickly, closing in only three amendments!

To be honest, Leland was the only person during my transaction that was Timely and 100% accurate on all documents the first time, maybe he should start a Land Title Company too! Thank you, Leland, and Santa Fe realty Unlimited!

Leland Titus and Santa Fe Reality did so much more for me other than sell my home, they were there helping me buy my new home at the same time. I lost my wife after 25 years of marriage to the horrible disease of cancer It was a very difficult time in my life. I needed to sell our home and downsize to a smaller home. Santa Fe Realty found a buyer within two weeks on the market. A cash buyer accepting my asking price. Now I had to find a smaller home to buy and start a new life without my wife (my best friend). I can't say that selling our home and buying a new home at the same time was not difficult, but Leland new the urgency of closing these two deals without problems. Leland understood with compassion the problems that I was experiencing. He was there for me from the start to the finish. I can't say enough good things about Santa Fe Reality and Leland Titus, they stepped up to my needs at that time when my life was upside down with my loss. I am now living in my new home in Madrid N.M. I highly recommend Santa Fe Reality and Leland Titus for your Real Estate needs and more.

I was about 3 months pregnant when I started searching for a house, Leland went above and beyond to make sure that I found the perfect home for me and my little family! We found Leland to be pro-active in selling our property. It was a 40 acre property with a small house on it, so had some unique issues. He advertised with post cards and communication with other realtors, and the property sold within a few months, at a good price.

Leland Titus of Santa Fe Realty Unlimited works hard to match your needs to available properties. Periodically coming in from out-of-state to house hunt, we tried to find the right property but were unsuccessful. Leland was voted Best Realtor on "Best in Santa Fe 2016" so we contacted him to help us. Leland devoted several days in a row on three separate trips to help us scour the market and refine out requirements. When we found the right property, he negotiated a price well below what we even hoped for. Then he expertly managed a thorough inspection, calling in specialists as needed. All paper work and the closing process were done professionally. He then followed up with us after we took possession and even recommended trades and service people to make desired home improvements. We wish we could vote for Leland for "Best of Santa Fe 2017", but the category was discontinued this year. – Jeff & Sue
